In our region, plastic tubs have found use in the fermentation of fruits and vegetables (plums, grapes, apples, pomace, cabbage). They can be used for storage of drinking water and various chemicals, granular materials, fodder, etc. For the fermentation of fruit, stalks, grapes and chimney, we recommend looking at tubs with a water seal. Plastic barrels due to all their properties, can be used throughout the year, either for seasonal products or other substances. Their greatest advantage is their exceptional price.

Features and equipment

Our plastic tubs are resistant to solar radiation, do not give off an odor, nor do they receive the smell of the substances contained in them. In addition to being resistant to atmospheric influences, they can be outside all the time without any problems. A big advantage over wooden tubs is theit low weight, and thus easy handling, as well as easy washing, cleaning and maintenance. Plastic tubs are placed exclusively on a flat surface. The warranty on GHIBLIPLAST plastic tubs is 10 years.

Plastic tubs are made in a standard black colour, although they can be made in any colour at the customer's request. Plastic tubs of any size can be supplied with a detachable lid. Plastic tube can also be equipped with all standard connectors. Faucets and handles can be added for easier transfer and manipulation. The volume of the tubs ranges from the smallest, which we also call barrels from 250 liters to 5000 liters, and larger if necessary.

Plastic tubs with a water seal

Plastic tubs with a water seal have an additional ring on top of the tub into which water is poured and it serves as a seal. When this tub is covered with a suitable lid, the material stored in the barrel is almost hermetically sealed. The water seal prevents the smell of the material stored in the tub from being felt in the room or outside where the tubs are located.

Also, these tubs absolutely prevent any bugs or insects from reaching the barrel, which would spoil the contents inside the tub. This is very important when barrels are used to ferment fruits and vegetables. Also, these tubs are very suitable for the fermentation of grapes, hooks and storage of wine, as well as any substance that needs to be protected from external influences.
